I used to receive e-mails from RockAuto with links to "wholesaler closeout" items for my vehicles. Over the years, I have purchased an AC Delco alternator and two "new old stock" brake master cylinders at ridiculously low prices. These had obviously sat on shelves for a long time, but inside the old faded boxes were perfectly good parts. I also bought a bunch of small parts like gaskets, some which cost 10-20 cents on the dollar. Not sure why I haven't seen one of the "closeout" e-mails in a while, but hope to receive one soon.
