Needs to expand their communication procedure

I have returned parts to their Bedford Park address for which I have never received either notice or credit for . wlll BE contacting the BBB in the days to come!

On 10/15, this customer visited our Order Status and Returns page to arrange a return for the brake parts he ordered. We authorized his return, and provided return instructions. These instructions state: "enter the tracking number on our Order Status page (http://www.rockauto.com/orderstatus/)." We have no tracking number for this customer's return, and our warehouse has not notified us that they received these parts. We cannot issue credit for parts we have no record of receiving. However, this customer can still enter his return tracking number on our Order Status and Returns page.
