I used Rock Auto for the first time for an international order to be shipped to the UK and the service was exceptional. The prices were what first tempted me to order, cheaper than anywhere else, so I decided to give them a go. I received tracking updates at every step and the shipping cost to the UK was very good, much lower than I expected and the parts (two catalytic converters) were very well packed and arrived with no damage whatsoever.
I couldn't be happier with the service from Rock Auto and I will definitely be using them again for parts for my Mercedes.
