They sent me a wrong part and made pay for the shipping.

How else would I be able to know its a wrong part. I sent the item back and they claim I installed the part which was never true. The parts were left in a mechanic shop and had a little dust on them. They weren't exactly covered with gold when they came in. They refused to give me my money back claiming I have to pay for them to return the parts to me. I should have bought some from autozone with lifetime warranty. They are shady and and they don't admit making a mistake.

On 9/4, this customer went to our Order Status & Returns page to report that the bushings he ordered did not fit. When asked if the description and fitment notes matched what he needed, he said "No", meaning he ordered the wrong parts. We authorized his return and provided return instructions. On 9/7, our warehouse contacted us saying that 2 of the 4 bushings the customer returned were covered in grease and torn, suggesting they had been installed. As our Help page notes, we will not accept returns of parts that have been installed (http://www.rockauto.com/help/?page=4#Returns). We refunded him for the 2 parts that were in new condition.
