I have been using Rock Auto for upwards of 4 years and I have had nothing but consistently excellent experiences with them. Even though I live in Canada and must have parts shipped across the border and as well account for a weak Canadian dollar I still pay less than half of what similar parts cost locally, and the selection Rock Auto offers cannot be matched locally at any price. On one order I was shipped drum brake wheel cylinders that were improperly machined such that the brake line could not seat into the fitting. An email resulted in a conversation over the phone and my money promptly refunded; no need to send the faulty cylinders back; my word was sufficient. I recommend Rock Auto to anyone I know shopping for parts and will continue to do so. Excellent selection, prices, service and a very easy to navigate website. 'Nuff said.
