Overall I am very happy with Rock Auto. I've ordered from them at least 5 times now. However recently I did have an issue - the part description was vague and I got several wrong parts. RockAuto's return procedure is rather cumbersome. I had to submit a return req for each item. I shipped them together which caused a big delay as they expected each item to be returned to a different location - at my expense of course. I hope they can improve their return process.
