Great Customer Service, they go our there way to help.
This was the first experience I've had ordering from RockAuto (co-worker told me about you). As I had trouble using my debit card, I decided to send a check (by Mail) with my order form. A couple weeks went by and I'd hear nothing, I called customer service,and talked with, I believe his name was Chris. He check and found the order had been canceled. The account department was going to send my check back. The problem was on me as I accidentally cancel the order. Well to make a long story short, Chris was extremely helpful in correcting my mistake and getting my order to me. Thank you Chris, I will be using RockAuto any time I need parts again. Only this time I will use electronic checking, being more careful on filling out my order form, Thanks again RockAuto.
