Bad Service
Hi ,
In spite of me having send the bad/wrong part yesterday at 7.45 am... it is now nearly 36 hours and my part has not yet been dispatched... I did speak to Elizabeth today about that (8 hours back) and still my part has not been mailed.
This is the 3rd time that the bad/incorrect part has been sent to me , such horrible service from rock auto was never accepted...even after I have spoken to customer service twice ... Megan who I spoke to two days back thinks that Rock Auto is doing me a favor by not charging shipping to me by fedexing to me the bad/wrong part again and again for no fault of mine...and moreover I should be great full...
I really do hope that Rock auto takes responsibility and accepts its faults and not blame customers by telling them that they are doing favors by not charging them for resending the bad/faulty parts again and again...

Thank you for your email. Once the FedEx scans the package into their system the reshipment is triggered on our end.
