Am overall satisfied with Rock Auto, however, on my last order placed in February, 2014, I properly entered a valid 16 digit coupon code for 5% off my entire order. Rock Auto had sent this coupon code to me via e-mail, and stated that it had no expiration date. After I entered the coupon code on the line "How did you hear about us?", and clicked "Apply", I did NOT receive the 5% discount.
