Poor customer service

Very poor response to any difficult. Just needed a printable invoice and the person in charge denied it.
Will not buy again.

We are sorry this customer had difficulties obtaining the commercial invoice to ship his parts from his freight forwarder in Florida to his location in Chile. When parts are ordered by customers and shipped to domestic locations, such as this customer's Miami, Florida freight forwarder, RockAuto does not generate commercial invoices for import to another country. In our system, the order is a domestic order, being shipped to a U.S. location. The importing recipient of the goods -- the customer -- is responsible for instructing the freight forwarder which forms the forwarder must generate. Since his order was a domestic order, we were unable to even create a commercial invoice for this order.

We certainly hope he shops with us again, with our domestic order processes in mind.
