I have purchased Rock Auto parts for the past 3 years - all have been correct and received in good condition - for very reasonable prices except for order #16707475. Ordered 4 only V4510 exhaust valves - only 3 received( 2 in one box and one in the other box). Just received the warranty replacement package with 2 valves , and neither valve is the correct one. There were no numbers written on the two valves that were individually plastic wrapped - but with a magnifying glass I was able to read the valve numbers at the top of the valve stems : One valve is #V4496 and the other valve is #V4336 , neither of which will fit my engine. By the time another set of V4510 valves is received( hopefully the correct valves) my engine project will be two weeks behind schedule. I like the reasonable prices and I do not mind waiting a few days for delivery to my home in Moncton , New Brunswick , Canada. Hopefully you are able to get your warehouse problems corrected soon. - David E. Manuel
