We are sorry that this reviewer was unable to complete the MasterCard SecureCode process, and we hope he will give it another try. We recently began using the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode services, which are provided collectively by Visa/MasterCard, a card-issuing bank, and RockAuto. Customers who are enrolled in the service can be assured that their card will not be used at a participating online merchant without their permission.

If enrolled in the service, you will be prompted to enter your password. If you are not enrolled, the message will ask you if you would like to activate the service. You may always "Activate Later" and your order will still process normally--the service is optional. Customers who do not see an "Activate Later" option are almost always enrolled in the service through their bank, even if they do not realize it. In that case we recommend following the on-screen prompts to recover your password. Your card-issuing bank can generally be of assistance if you need it.
