I ordered 8 spark plugs and 1 O2 sensor. I really can't understand why it would come from Maryland,(east coast) all the way to Simi Valley (west coast) in 7 days.I doubt I will order much from you in the future. You need to find or open a warehouse in ca. or in a western state. your time is a huge drawback for me and people i have talked to. would have paid the extra 25 bucks to get it in a reasonable amount of time.

We are sorry this customer was disappointed with the speed of the FedEx Ground shipping he chose. He ordered his parts on the evening of Tuesday, April 30. They shipped out to him the next morning via FedEx. FedEx Ground allows 1-5 business days to deliver packages after the date of shipment. Because the package shipped from Maryland to California, the shipment took the full 5 business days to reach him.

The parts this customer ordered were available at multiple different warehouses, but our system determined they were available at the lowest cost, with the lowest shipping rate, from our warehouse in Maryland. We have several warehouses in west coast states, including multiple locations in California, but the specific parts this customer ordered were not in stock at any west coast warehouses. We encourage this customer to check out our other shipping options when shopping with us in the future. We offer 3-Business Day, 2-Business Day and Next Business Day FedEx Express options, should the FedEx Ground shipping quote we provide be a longer time than our customers can wait for their parts.
