My surround sound was not working so it had to be reconnected in some way, and my son told me about Unlimited Connect. He had quite a bit of confidence in them so I gave them a call, and Brian came in and did the job and I have not had a problem since. He offered to come out next day after I called but I was busy, so he came the day after. He was on time, very polite, came in and got to work right away. It took a little less than an hour and he explained to me what he had done, then my son came in and he explained to my son as well because he was the one who hooked it up incorrectly. He told him how he had hooked it up wrong, so it was a learning experience for him. The cost was fine, there was a $40 charge because they came from quite a long way away, and that was fine with me. The overall cost was ok, I had expected just about what he charged. Overall I'm very pleased with Brian and the service at Unlimited Connect.
