Brian and Michael are excellent technicians who know exactly what they are doing. I was shopping around and came across Unlimited Connect and emailed them on June 30. Brian responded and was out at my property providing me a quote the same day.

Brian determined proper camera placement as well as explaining the pros and cons. Although I did not purchase any equipment from Unlimited Connect, Brian and Michael installed my cameras with no issue.

I have six (6) cameras setup running on PoE. Brian and Michael ran the cables without issue through my attic for the cameras around the home and through the basement for the camera at the door. The PoE switch was recommended to be placed in a vacant room to avoid running the cables back into the basement. Since two (2) LAN drops arealready in the vacant room going down the basement, they configure the cable running from the door to connect to one jack in the vacant room, and connect the second jack to the PoE to provide power as well as connected it to my internal LAN.

The job was done in two (2) days. It's been about two (2) months since time of installation and the cameras have been working great so far - save for some disconnects however I believe that is more due to my network setup.

In conclusion, Brian and Michael are a great team. They are very knowledgeable in the field, very professional, and highly recommended.
