Not the best

Was told someone would arrive between 3-5 but he didn't show up until almost 6:30 and no one called to let me know he would be later, I had to call them. He was only here for about 20 minutes and made us feel like we weren't important because he was so far behind. When we asked to billed for our portion he was rude and demanded payment at time of service. I don't believe we should have owed anything with how late he was, no one informing us and how he acted once he was here.

We are sorry that you did not have a good experience. We did leave a voice message that we were running late. We are glad he could fix your AC so quickly as we did have other customers waiting but we are sorry you felt like you were treated as if you were unimportant. All of our customers are very important to us. Our policy is to collect at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance. Thank you for your feedback.
