We have had yearly service from Climate Control for about 30 years and have been happy with results. We also purchased the current heat pump and back-up through Climate Control. Grant was here to do the Spring check-up. Grant has excellent technical knowledge for the heat pump equipment and the furnace back-up, and had practical recommendations for some additional work. I liked that he provided well-balanced answers to my questions on upgrading ducts (just like anything else, they do need eventually to be replace) and on adding a small supplementary heat pump to better condition an upstairs room when it is not necessary to heat or cool the whole house.
