John was out to do the annual service on our heat pump and furnace. He was thorough and clear in explaining what he tested and what we should do. He also gave us a second opinion on a potential maintenance issue that our former HVAC company had raised with our system; his advice was much more clear and reasonable and will save us money. Will have them back next year!
