I noticed what looked like a sticky liquid coming from my outside equipment , so I called Climate Control. I received immediate response as Dean came to assess the problem. He got to working right away. When I mentioned my concern about the formation of mildew on the screen, he proceeded to clean the whole unit and it looks like new again. He then inspected my heat pump and adjusted the control unit. It is now working like a charm and keeping my place warm. He is very efficient, professional, knowledgeable, caring and respectful that I would highly recommend him to everyone . Thank you🙏🏻
