We were so pleased with our service from start to finish! The office staff, Kaitlin and Victoria, were very friendly and helpful. Grant, the service tech, was a good listener and took the time to answer my questions and explain his process. It turned out that we needed a new furnace (old furnace was 23 years old). It was due to be replaced. Zach, the comfort advisor, helped us stay within our budget as we looked at new furnace options.
