Our heating unit stopped functioning. I called Climate Control and Dennis arrived at the appointed time the next morning and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. He explained that the plastic impeller in the heating unit had totally disintegrated. He also found a couple of underperforming capacitors that needed replacing. I mentioned to him that if the repair work was all straightforward I could probably do it myself. He assured me all the work was at the front of the unit with easy access. With him having said that, I told him I would indeed finish the repair work myself. He added that with me doing that I would gain huge savings on parts and the repair. He then provided the part numbers and where to order them and proceeded to give additional counsel on how to safely remove and replace the necessary parts. It did take almost two weeks for the parts to arrive due to the current delays that shipping is experiencing in general across the country but as soon they arrived I got to it and was able to complete the fix in about an hour and a half. I am grateful for Dennis’ help in finding the problem quickly, showing me what needed to be done and for saving me tons of money. Climate Control and Dennis are the ones I will trust for any future HVAC work I may need done.
