Juan was GREAT! My knowledge of the maintenance on the Daykin Mini Split Heat Pump was limited, He explained the maintenance protocols as did he them and he answered all my questions, (I had a lot of questions). He also gave me tip's on what I should be doing monthly to help the performance of our unit.
Sarah - We also requested a proposal for adding an additional unit for the bed rooms on the opposite end of the house. Sarah, gave us several options to consider. She was professional amenable and confident.
