The guys who did the actual physical work at my house were fantastic. However, the office staff was terrible. I kept getting transferred on 1 phone call 3 different times. Then I kept asking when is my installation date and she couldn't give me an answer but yet wanted my credit card info. Any normal sane person would not give their credit card info out if she wouldn't provide me with an installation date. Mind you it was 90 degrees outside and I had zero AC in a 2100 square foot house, so the installation date was critical to me. Would not recommend. The only ones I would recommend are the gentlemen who came out and did the physical work. They were very polite and did a wonderful job.
