There was water damage at my father's home from a broken pipe, so I call a restoration company that we had used previously. They, in turn, called Cardinal Clean to come out and do the "pack out" where furniture and other items are removed from the house so that the restoration work can proceed. I was so happy that Cardinal got there so quickly! The insurance adjuster was there at that same time, and he was very happy to see them, too! I think he has worked with them before. There is more work to be done, but so far I am very impressed with Cardinal, and their employees! They really know what they are doing!
