I was scheduled for a check up and change of filter and was told the technician would be there between 8:00 am & Noon. At 11:30 I called to find out where the technician was and was told the time would be between Noon and 4pm. I was told several people called out and they were running behind. All I would have taken was for someone to call me in the morning and give me the new time I spent all day at a small church waiting for service.
Once the tech arrived at 3:30, he could not have been more pleasant or professional
I am satisfied with the product, but not the Customer Service and lack of communication.
