I've been using American Comfort Heating & Cooling for six or seven years, through several name changes. I have been very happy with the HVAC guys, Bill and Chris. Give them four and a half stars. They are knowledgeable, available, on-time, do the work and then leave. They don't mess around. The gas guy I don't like so much, but they know that. I give him two stars at best. He's slow, sloppy and a dick when he comes out on the job site. American Comfort knows they have a problem and need to do something about it. The gas guy used to be really good, but his attitude has changed for the worse. I know they're all overworked, and they need to hire some help. Overall, the company is very good, and I'll continue to use American Comfort Heating & Cooling.
