Once again, Jim and his crew were outstanding. Over the course of several years, this is the third time we have used EcotreeNW. As always, their performance was excellent. Fast response, consultation, scheduling and price. Crew came and hit the ground running. Very efficient, friendly, and professional. Excellent skills in working in tight spaces. And they cleaned up the area afterwards well.
On a side note, this time the crew had a new member. The team leader, Nick, was an excellent teacher to the new person. He was very patient and encouraging. He explained concepts and techniques to him very well, all the time making sure he knew how to do things in the safest manner. Jim is very fortunate to have such a great crew!
