Eco Tree Northwest provided us with stellar customer service after a very large tree fell onto our home on a Sunday. They were able to come out on the same day, even though they were very busy due to all of the local damage after a windstorm. We had two holes in the roof, as well as no chimney. If it started to rain, we would be in worse trouble. Jim and crew came out and got the tree off of the roof, and covered all of the holes. Our power lines were down, so we stayed at a hotel that night. When we returned home at 7:00 am the next day, one of the guys was already there! He was cleaning up more of the debris, and let us know when they would be back to remove the rest of the tree from the yard. They even came back to brace the tree before removal when I expressed concern about it. They went above and beyond every step of the way. They were kind and reassuring, and made the process downright painless. I know that the damage would have been so much worse if they had not been able to come so quickly. We would have been out of the house a lot longer as well. I had seen their amazing work when they removed four huge trees from our neighbor’s house last summer. We were impressed at their skill and expertise, and at that time didn’t even realize it was the same company. I was thrilled with the service, and almost couldn’t believe it when I found out after the work was done that their bid came in less that the homeowner’s insurance estimate. I am grateful to Jim and the crew, and wholeheartedly recommend Eco Tree Northwest!
