Absolutely the kindest, most professional crew we've had at the house in a long time. 5 stars really doesn't say enough. Joe and Nick helped to get us scheduled and coordinate with our neighbors, who were also having tree work done the same day. The communication throughout was fantastic, as well as the results - a large tree and a few big, high up branches removed - all done safely, quickly and at a reasonable price - without any damage to the flower beds! What struck me the most was how sweet and personable they all were. Such nice smiles, great eye contact and so genuine all while providing incredible customer service. I had to leave early and knew our place was in good hands. I came home and was stunned to see that our yard was left cleaner than when they had arrived! A big Thank You to Alex, Zeke, John, James, Isaiah, Nick and Joe! We will be calling them again as needed and recommending Eco TreeNW to our friends & family.
