We had four trees removed from our property, one of which was dead/dying and threatening our home and our neighbor's home. Jim came out to do an estimate within 48 hours of the request. I spoke with him on the phone as he inspected our trees, as I was not able to be there in person. He gave me more information about our trees and taking them down than any of the other estimates we received. He also gave us a verbal estimate of trimming other trees on our property, even though we weren't going to be working on those this year. His estimate for our removal job was also $900 cheaper than others!

The estimate was formally sent along with proof of insurance, which I appreciated. Scheduling was a breeze. The day of removal, the crew arrived right when they said they would, and had all four trees down before the end of the day! The crew was very polite and professional, and respectful of our property - absolutely nothing was damaged.
