Upon discovering our beloved cat, stuck 50ft up a tree, we were at a loss as to what to do. I googled arborists and up popped EcoTreeNW. It was about 8pm, the sun was setting fast, we thought our poor cat was going to have to spend yet another night in the tree because no way was a company going to come out that late and for a reasonable amount of money. We called the emergency number on their website and were connected with Jim. He had just gotten home from work, was eating dinner and hanging out with his family. After hearing our dilema, Jim jumped back into his truck after working all day and made it to our house in 20 mins!(mind you it was 8:30pm) He came equipped with all the necessary cat rescue items and went right on up the tree! Within 10 mins we had our cat. What a pleasure it was to deal with a company where customer service, professionalism, courtesy and fair prices are still in full swing. I will definitely use the EcoTreeNW company again (hopefully not for another cat in tree tho)and will tell everyone I can what a wonderful experience we had. Thank you Jim!
