Guardian were true heroes when the water at our farm froze over the Family Day long weekend and I was due to arrive home with just me and my one-year-old (my husband was going to work away). As my dad had been checking on our place during a two-week vacation, it was lucky he caught this and we were lucky to have Guardian respond. It was miserably cold and it was a miserable job they had to do to thaw everything out. It included everything from thawing ground, digging up some pipe, running heat trace tape, etc. etc. all in minus 30 weather.
I can never express enough gratitude for them that when I walked through the door a couple of days later, I did have water.
On top of this, they have provided excellent service through their Protection Plan to my rental home. I get an annual call to book an appointment and they come to service my furnace and do all kinds of checks/maintenance on basic plumbing and heating.
