The Heating Specialist was the only company who agreed to work on our outdoor heater, which apparently is not a very popular job to do. They were not only willing and knowledgeable on the heater, but very helpful every step of the way, and completely equipped to do the job. They have been very good about getting the parts they need and I have happily had no issues with the heater or their work. Would certainly use them again.
