Pann Home Services replaced our water heater on this last visit and everything turned out good. The technician showed up on time, he was respectful of our home and he was thorough. He kept the work area clean and neat. He explained what he was doing and took the time to answer our questions. The reason I gave them four stars is because the previous time they were out here was for the annual maintenance for our air conditioner. The technician who was out finished and left but the air conditioner was not working after he left and it was working prior to the maintenance. I called them and they came back out promptly. However, they said I needed a new motor. Then Michael Pann himself came out to look at it. He found that the technician who did the maintenance did not attach one of the wires to the motor. That is what was causing it not to work. The other technician who came out to look at it and said I needed a new motor missed it as well. Luckily Michael caught it and we didn't go through the expense of a new motor when it was unnecessary. I hope after that incident they are retraining their technicians so they are more experienced when they come out for service calls. Don't get me wrong, I am happy that Michael caught it and we didn't go through the expense of a new motor. I just wish it had not happened in the first place had the technician known what he was doing. Overall I am happy with their services which is why I have stayed with them and I will continue to use Pann Home Services.
