I called Pann Home Services to clean the rust out of shower faucet filter and it was not a good experience. My previous experiences with them had been better, I have to say. They did not tell me they would charge an estimate fee, just for showing up and looking at the job. The quote they did give me for the job was exceptionally inappropriate. Once the work was done I did contact them about their pricing. I talked to the owner directly and he ended up giving me a significant discount. I can't say they were very responsive then. It took a while for me to get a response from them. So they charged a high fee and didn't respond quickly when I tried to follow up. I would not recommend them or rather would recommend them with a lot of caveats. I think they need to revise their pricing schedule and their communication policy needs to be made more transparent and upfront.
