My experience with Pann Home Services wasn't good. When I first called them, it was for an emergency situation. It was subzero temperatures outside, and my furnaces were not functioning. They had to replace both my furnaces. Later I found out that they had overcharged me thousands of dollars. Then, they had to replace the entire system, and they needed to move the intake valve, but they wouldn't do it. The last thing was, after they left, I could smell gas in the house. I called them again, and they sent someone, but then they couldn't find it. He said he didn't have the right things with him to locate the leak. In the end I had to call the gas company to come and fix it. The people they sent to do the work were polite and professional, but the way they run the business isn't. I wasn't pleased at all and I would definitely not call them back.
