When I called Pann Home Services on the telephone, the woman took down the information quickly and efficiently. They got back to me quickly. They were able to come out and do a diagnosis in a day or so, it was fast. The news was not good. The job was going to be an expensive one, as I recall the water heater was going to need to be replaced. I thought that the accounting of why it was going to need replacing and how they were going to go about doing it was very clear. We went ahead with Pann and the job was quick and professional and everything has held up very well so far and we've been pleased with the results.
