My water heater went on the blank and I called Pann Home Services to fix it. They tried to fix it but they were unable to. It was an old water heater and I just decided to get a new one, and they helped me select one. They were wonderful, informative, patient, and explained my options. I had the heater installed in January and it has been working wonderfully since then. It was a very good experience.

From the time I first called Pann Home Services, the secretary was lovely. The two guys that came out to my house were also great. They were courteous, polite, and explained everything. They were excellent.
