It wasn't their fault, just a casualty of technology these days, but I needed work done on a Friday, and I had seen an ad of theirs that said to call in for a quick response. I called and there was no answer, then emailed with no response.

I found out when they called back that their website and phones had been completely down, and they were very apologetic about it. The guy who came by to do the work was very good, just the initial website issue held things up. That was the only problem.

The guy came by to do some kitchen plumbing work. I had a problem that was pretty simple, and the gentleman had it fixed in no time. He was very professional, and I could tell, since I've worked in the hospitality business and for service oriented companies before.
