They took the time to explain what they were checking and why, and to show me the issues they found, and explain why, in terms that were easy to understand. From the call before they arrived letting me know they were soon to arrive, their putting on shoe covers just before they entered my home, to the handshake they each extended as they left, it was easy to tell that these men cared about what they were doing.

Before they'd arrived, I wasn't expecting to make a commitment to your monthly plan until I shopped around a bit more. Before the time they were done, I knew I didn't need to shop around any more, and was happy to enroll in your monthly protection plan.

I have compared pricing for some of the services they provide. Even on their monthly plan, the prices are a bit higher than I expected, however, but the peace of mind received by having Pann staff at the ready has made it worth the premium paid.
