American Electric Company Inc. has always done fantastic work for us! This was not our first time using their services. We have been using them for several years now. We continue to use their services because their pricing is extremely good and their service is great. We called them recently about a faulty plug. Their technician was prompt, polite and professional. He was able to do the assessment quickly then he took the time to explain his findings from the assessment to us. He told us what he could do to fix it and he answered our questions. He was able to fix it quickly and efficiently. He kept the work area clean and he was respectful of our home.
