Staff was great start to finish. The process takes much longer than it used to so you must be patient. The majority of time is waiting on subcontractors. I've wanted a pool for around 30 years. We spent 28 years in the military, once we settled down in one location we started planning! My brother used Anthony & Sylvan. I have a Free form with spa. The things I like most are the iaqualink app, the heater, spa the final product. Project manager Tim has been outstanding. Nicole and Sam have been very helpful filling in for Tim. Our designer Brandon was also very helpful and patient. Communication has been great.
