Anthony & Sylvan Pools were outstanding, and the customer service was great. The project manager, Tim Mincey, was attentive and always available. Also, Paige Ellison, the sales representative, was fantastic as well. He worked with us over the course of several months to make sure we got the pool we wanted.We always knew we were getting a pool, but it took us about two years of serious thinking before we contacted Anthony & Sylvan. We had a pool before, and the last two years we didn't get one, but upon moving into our current house, we knew we were going to purchase one. We did our due diligence through research and contacted every pool place in the area. So I believe we found Anthony & Sylvan through our online search. We have a geometric, Greek-style L-shaped pool with a spa. The pool is wonderful. It immediately makes us feel like we have this oasis in our backyard, which is just perfect. Tim Mincey, project manager, and Page Ellison, sales rep, both did a fantastic job. The project manager exceeded our expectations, but they met them in every stage of the project, so it was outstanding.
