Jim and Danny came out this week to work on a tricky bathroom plumbing issue. They are both an absolute pleasure to work with; every time they've been out the service has been outstanding. This last time, they discovered that a pipe was falling apart and filled with dirt. To fix it, it appeared that they would have to gain access farther beneath the house, which could mean removing some of the wood floor, etc. Jim was able to draw on his extensive experience, however, and was able to gain access without having to do major work. Now a frustrating and potentially damaging issue is finally fixed. I am so grateful!
