EJ Medical installed a stair lift 6 years ago after Mom broke her hip. Today Derek came and serviced the same stair lift. He replaced batteries, put the one chair back on the rails after we had it removed for a furniture delivery, did everything to make sure it operated quietly and safely. He worked extremely efficiently and quickly while answering my questions. He is very knowledgeable about the stair lift and the multiple things that can be easily adjusted to make it run like brand new. He arrived at the time expected wearing a mask.
