We purchased a second-hand chair lift which was from EJ Medical Supply. We contacted them from the information on the tag and they were more than willing to help us. They came and installed the chair lift for us, they were in and out in no time at all and didn't even leave a mess. The people at EJ Medical Supply were even kind enough to return the next day in order to fix an issue when something broke. Just a very pleasant experience.
