My mother was hospitalized with a severe illness that required flexibility with scheduling. Company was more than willing to oblige. Work was excellent and likewise explanation of how to use lift. Answered all questions and recommended my using the lift as a test run with them present, which I did. I definitely recommend this company to anyone who requires a lift for a loved one.
