I wanted to get a chairlift, and my local Bruno distributor is E J Stairlifts & Medical Supply. I called them, and the man they sent out - I can not speak highly enough of him! He was polite, personable and kind. He handled all the chit-chat I threw at him, and he never stopped working. He tested out the chair before I sat in it, and he showed me how to work all the remotes. He also showed me what to do if there was a power outage. He was a great guy, and overall, it was a wonderful experience!
