I don't have any problems with E J Stairlifts & Medical Supply. I couldn't go up and down the stairs and had to sleep downstairs. I called them and they scheduled me for a week or a week and a half. Within six to seven days they were there and put in the stair lift. Now I can up and down the stairs again. It's a blessing.
