We've only used the stairlift we got from E J Stairlifts & Medical Supplies a few times. The actual person we bought it for hasn't used it yet, so I'm not sure how it's going to be down the road when my father uses it more often. It is all new to us. We don't have any previous experience with a stairlift. I will say it is nice and quick.
